Adding a schedule
1
Save the rule first
Schedules attach to a saved rule. On a brand-new rule you’ll see “Save this rule first to add schedules” until you do.
2
Open the Schedule card
It sits in the sidebar of the rule or customization editor.
3
Add a schedule
Choose an Action — Activate or Deactivate — then set the Date and Time (hour, minute, AM/PM).
4
Save
The schedule appears in the list with a badge showing whether it will activate or deactivate.
Timezone
Schedules run in your store’s timezone, which is displayed at the bottom of the schedule dialog. Minutes are available in half-hour steps, so times land on the hour or half hour.Limits
Each rule or customisations ccan hold up to 3 pending schedules. If you reach the limit, cancel an exising schedule before adding another. The limit counts pending schedules, so ones that have already run free up space.Verifying a schedule
A schedule only proves itself when it fires, which is usually the worst moment to discover a problem.- Test the rule now, by activating it manually and checking rates at checkout
- Deactivate it again
- Add the schedule
